Our Story
Gabrielle and Gemma are two sisters who wanted to be closer to each other and the land. Gabrielle had experienced an autoimmune health scare that changed her life and the way she eats. She had always been passionate about delicious food and health, but now she eats more whole foods and natural ingredients, with an emphasis on micro-nutrients. Gemma wanted a better life for her four kids: one teenaged daughter, two young boys, and a baby girl. After living on opposite sides of the country, we now enjoy the privilege of living our lives in the sun, spending quality time with family, raising some amazing animals, and helping others to eat healthfully.
Our mission is to provide healing through food, while humanely raising healthy animals in a low-stress environment. We provide our cattle with abundant, rich pasture that is free from chemical fertilizers, and we don't use any added growth hormones. Our cattle have space to roam and run free! We always allow calves to milk on their mothers whenever possible, and we keep all mothers together, so the elders can mentor the new moms. These are some happy cows!

Why Wagyu?
Wagyu is the gold standard of beef. Its superior marbling, rich flavor and ultra-tender texture provide a melt-in-your-mouth dining experience like no other. And now you can eat like a queen at home!
Wagyu beef is also healthier than other types of beef . It is rich in heart-healthy and anti-inflammatory Omega-3 fatty acids, and Wagyu contains more monounsaturated fat vs. saturated fat.
